Green Friday is the New Black Friday

Green Friday is the New Black Friday
On Friday November 27th many of us will be kicking off our Christmas Season Shopping! This day has long been called Black Friday because that is the day when retailers start making profits for the year. It is an important day indeed enabling large shopping chains and malls to embrace the madness... their doors opening before the crack of dawn, stampedes to get in or getting to the advertised special, over crowding, and finally long check out lines. Truly a Black Day of negative impact for many consumers when considering the overall experience.
Friday November 27th doesn't have to be that way! Think GREEN, Think LOCAL.
 Consider this:
·    No waking up at 4am to beat the rush
·    No over crowded large chains stores to deal with
·    No pushing, shoving
·    No stampeding
·    No cranky overworked sales associates
·    No long check out lines to wait in
If that doesn't make you think about going GREEN then how about awesome customer service that comes from your community and neighbors.
Let's make this a GREEN FRIDAY for Our Independently Owned Small Businesses this year. You will make a positive impact and difference for your community by doing so. Also you will enjoy a much more pleasant shopping experience. So this November 27th remember to shop Green Friday and bring a friend along. We will make your experience one that you will want to partake in for years to come.

Monroe’s Place in the Village Of Hamburg is the initiator of the “GREEN FRIDAY” concept this November 27th

Monroe’s Place is an Independently Owned Small Business Boutique located in the Village of Hamburg that urges everyone to “Think GREEN on Nov 27th when you go shopping on Black Friday”.

This means that you shop & support your Local Independent Small Businesses in your Neighborhoods, Towns and Villages to insure that they continue to survive during this economic downturn. It is imperative that we do this now more than ever! So…GREEN is the new BLACK…shop GREEN FRIDAY!
