    • Spring fever hits as the first big custom car show hits the Ag Center in Hamburg. Custom cars and motorcycles filled the many aisle of the Ag Center. Live music by the Blues Brothers and The Diva Show Band entertained the crowd. The show continues thru Sunday so catch Spring Fever and Get to the show.

    • Perfect Storm performs at the West End Inn

    • Local band Perfect Storm plays a high energy show at the West End Inn in Hamburg. Look for them to return on New Years Eve.

    • The 2009 Cheer Tech Cheer and Dance competition was held at the Ag Center in Hamburg. The competitors ranged from 4 or 5 year olds to college students. They also came from as far away as Long island.

    • Angel Flight had it's annual fund raiser at a new location. It seemed the fairgrounds was a much better fit for the event. The weather cooperated for a change also. Thousands come together to support a great cause.

    • Hamburg Central High School's season opener and first game on the new playing surface and lighted field.Tonights opponent was Williamsville East.

    • Lobsterfest

    • Lobsterfest is an annual tradition to Boy Scout supporters. Yearly the WNY Boy Scout Troops hold a Lobster dinner fundraiser at Woodlawn Beach in Hamburg, NY. Guests are entertained by a Disc Jockey during open bar and hors d’oerves and during dinner. After dinner entertainment is out on the beach with a band and bonfire. Party starts at 5:30 and ends ?? after Ursa Minor is evident in the sky.

  • Anyone on this site live in the Gowanda area? I live just outside the village and I am looking for other females in the area that might like to walk around the area to get some exercise. I am 31 and my boyfriend works odd hours. I dont have friends that live right in the area that like to walk. Please send me a message if you are interested.
